Dashboard
The Dashboard is your daily starting point. It shows month-to-date sales performance, inventory health indicators, and actionable alerts — all on one screen. Each card links to the relevant module for deeper analysis.
Key Concepts
Net Sales — Month to Date
Shows your store's total net sales for the current month, along with units sold, order count, and average order value. The sparkline chart shows daily trends. Data updates in near real-time as new orders come in.
Est. Revenue at Risk
Estimates how much revenue you could lose in the next 30 days from products that are stocking out or already stocked out. Calculated using the same forecast engine as the Inventory Forecasting page — factoring in current inventory, sales velocity, and inbound purchase orders.
Best & Slowest Sellers
Ranks your products by trailing 30-day sales velocity. Best sellers are your revenue drivers — prioritize keeping them in stock. Slowest sellers may be candidates for markdowns or discontinuation. Click 'View all' to see the full analysis in Product Performance.
Card Customization
You can drag-and-drop cards to reorder them, or hide cards you don't need. Click the 'Customize' button in the top-right corner to toggle card visibility. Your layout is saved to your browser.
How to Use
Reading Your Dashboard
Start with the Net Sales card to understand your current month's trajectory. Check the Revenue at Risk card to identify products that need immediate attention. Review Best Sellers to confirm your top products are well-stocked, and Slowest Sellers to spot potential deadstock.
Taking Action from the Dashboard
Each card has a 'View all' link that takes you to the relevant module with the right filters pre-applied. For example, clicking 'View all' on the Revenue at Risk card takes you to the Inventory Forecasting page filtered by stockout risk. Use these links to go from insight to action quickly.
Customizing Your Layout
Click the 'Customize' button to enter edit mode. Drag cards to reorder them. Toggle the visibility switch to hide cards you don't use. Your changes are saved automatically to your browser. Other users on your store can set their own layout independently.
